Job Summary:

At Q-Centrix, we are committed to driving innovation and delivering market-leading software solutions in healthcare quality data management. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives. You will own a segment of our product roadmap and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Clinical Services, and Commercial, to develop solutions that address the needs of our customers and business. You will be responsible for balancing stakeholder needs, building strong customer relationships, and making data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.

Essential Functions:  

  • Own and manage a segment of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives, while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive product vision and strategy, serving as the internal champion and external voice for your product, delivering customer-centric solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous innovation.
  • Define and execute product releases, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional stakeholder communication while prioritizing and planning work effectively.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement and/or enhancement by being curious, questioning assumptions and using problem solving methodologies.
  • Develop deep customer empathy and an understanding of their needs and frustrations by leveraging feedback, market insights, and data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Lead and collaborate with Engineering counterparts, ensuring the seamless execution of product development cycles and the removal of blockers.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure success, guide decision-making, and iterate on product enhancements with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Provide regular updates on product initiatives, release plans, and key learnings, through exceptional communication, tailoring communication style and approach to different audiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and training materials for new product offerings.
  • Identify and champion process improvements within the Product team to enhance efficiency and execution.
  • Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Required Abilities, Education, and Skills:  

  • 5+ years of product management experience, or other related experience, within technology-driven environments, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, financial, or other regulated and/or data-driven industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Curious and agile learner.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product management.
  • Experience leading agile teams and working within an iterative development process.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects in alignment with business goals.
  • Established collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts effectively to different audiences and rally stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a compelling product roadmap, ensuring strategic execution.

  • Preferred 3+ years as a Product Manager.

The target salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, plus an annual bonus targeted at 5% of the individual's annual salary. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. The annual bonus payout may be higher or lower than target, dependent on individual and company performance and is considered variable pay.
