Job Summary:
UKG is seeking a PreSales Technologist. This position is responsible for providing sales support through technical product demonstrations, knowledge transfers, documentation of best practices, participation in organizational readiness and team meetings, and assisting sales team members throughout the sales cycle to UKG's Enterprise Pre-Sales Team.
The qualified candidate must have extensive experience working in a technical sales support role presenting to Enterprise SaaS buyers or experience in a Sr. Technology role, strong communication, technical and analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience handling complex and challenging situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, self-starter and driven to provide the highest quality of support to the sales team and current customers. The qualified candidate will have a high level of interest in technology, enterprise software and the human capital management technology space along with extensive knowledge in cloud-based software and service delivery models.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line technical, product and process support for internal Presales team members and current customers with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise
• Complete technical sections of customer submitted requests for proposal
• Assist in maintaining request for proposal question and response answer pool
• Participate in current customer calls sharing information on UKG's products and technology during the sales cycle
• Assist in conceptual architectural design of integrated systems for customer cloud-based solutions such as ERP, time & labor, planning/budgeting/forecasting, analytics, etc. with the UKG suite of applications
• Provide current customers with information about UKG's products and technologies, demonstrating how our solutions align with their business strategy and use of technology systems and architecture to achieve organizational goals
• Provide technical product demonstrations and assistance to Solutions Consultants in support of current customer demonstrations
• Ongoing knowledge transfer, training, and collaboration with team members
• Drive process and product improvement
• Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of all aspects of UKG products and services
• Strong analysis, task management and time management skills
• Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent consulting skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance multiple project and priorities
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years experience demonstrating SaaS HCM or similar solutions in a technical consulting or enterprise architect role, preferably in the HCM or ERP space
• Very strong presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate confidence and expertise when presenting complex Distributed Microservices Architecture to a wide range of customer participants
• Extensive experience with SaaS delivery models, private and public and hybrid cloud deployments
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and security principals as they apply to SaaS Enterprise Applications
• Proven, consistent results within a Technical, Sales, or IT team
• Experience in Integrations utilizing API's, Flat Files, Boomi, WFR Middleware, Postman, or other technologies
• Able to be self- motivated while possessing a strong work ethic and ability to work well independently

The pay range for this position is $93,000 to $126,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
