This is a Fixed-Term contract

As part of the privacy team, the privacy presales consultant assists with sales and renewal cycle (presales and contractual negotiations) in particular with large, strategic customers.

In this role you will..

• Facilitate sales, revenue and retention on all matters related to Security, Privacy and Compliance
• Conveys value proposition to customers jointly with sales
• Assist sales and legal teams with customer presentations and contractual negotiations
• Minimizes business risks ensuring our agreements protect our operations
• Support Sales and Account Management on escalations of the sales cycle (RFI, RFP)

• Native / bilingual English speaker, and proficient in German. Additional languages are a plus (French, Spanish)
• 5+ years of experience on similar or equivalent position
• At least one privacy certification from the following bodies, additional certifications highly appreciated:
• Cloud Security Alliance (i.e. CCSK)
• International Association of Privacy Professionals IAPP (i.e. CIPM, CIPPe...)
• International Information Security System Consortium ISC2 (i.e. CISSP)
• Information Systems Audit and Control Association ISACA (i.e. CISM)
• Experience and ability to work with large customers in complex verticals (finance services, life sciences, energy & utilities, public sector), in particular having successfully conducted contractual negotiations
• Strong technical background in software engineering and cloud infrastructure
• Strong legal, compliance or privacy background
• Knowledge of HR processes and the impact of privacy on those processes
