UKG is looking for an experienced leader to lead the Partner Services Alliances Manager team. This team represents UKG on partner services relationships with responsibilities in following areas:
• SMB Delivery partners - extensive understanding of managed delivery agreements with partners for our SMB delivery arm - UKG Ready - experience in negotiating contracts, accurate forecasting, close budget management.
• Enablement / Resourcing - manage and communicate the enablement strategy with partners, oversee certification agreements and outcomes, drive partner health and align closely with partners on staffing availability to support UKG led work.
• Budget / Finance - working with partners to accurately forecast incoming invoices and ensure purchase order cover to allow for timely payment with regards to UKG Pro and Pro WFM. For UKG Ready customers, partnering very closely with our delivery partners to accurately forecast modules being delivered every month and tracking forecast accuracy.
• Relationship Management - build and develop trusted relationships with partners and UKG, providing consistent communication on key updates affecting partners and aligning with UKG's strategic objectives through QBRs.
The Director, Partner Services Alliances has responsibility across the UKG product suite for all delivery partners but has a particular focus on our SMB offering. The individual provides leadership and oversight for the relationship with our Service Implementation (SI) Partners and is focused on the successful implementation of full-suite UKG Ready customers. The UKG Ready part of the role is responsible for effectively deploying Partner resources to provide configuration and consulting services to UKG customers, leveraging Global Delivery Services (GDS) methodology to provide best in class quality and time to value. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and sustain a culture of highly engaged employees, continual process improvement, and a superior Customer Experience.
Essential Functions:
• Manage the performance of the team against all established team benchmarks and metrics, providing coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance when necessary
• Ensure Partner sponsors and team members consistently apply the methodology and best practices and work collaboratively to a service experience in line with the UKG brand
• Oversee the day-to-day functions of assigned SI Partners to ensure delivery of accurate project forecasts, budget achievement, and all other KPIs for the practice
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team, resulting in increased productivity, high scalability, and a superior Customer Experience in assigned engagements
• Identify and manage escalation risks, and work cross-functionally to establish mitigation plans
• Collaborate with other functional leaders to develop and implement tactical plans in support of revenue and performance goals
• Participate in the development of strategic initiatives to improve efficiencies, and processes, and enhance customer experience
• Develop a highly engaged culture, centered on strategic growth and development of a Partner's practice
• Contribute to the documentation and deployment of best practices across GDS
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting leadership role
• UKG Product knowledge or similar product experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
• Travel of up 25% may be required for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, particularly at the Executive level
• Proven business acumen within the SaaS industry including revenue recognition and forecasting
• Established a history of driving employee engagement through coaching and mentoring
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions
• Demonstrated a history of consistent goal achievement and driving process improvement
• Ability to consistently manage and execute multiple, critical projects simultaneously

The pay range for this position is $159,900 to $229,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
