Job Description: Content Writing Intern - Workplace Services Team
Internship Program Details:
Duration: May 19th, 2025 - August 8th, 2025
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

About the Workplace Services Track:
The Workplace Services (WPS) team at UKG is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated intern for the Summer 2025 session to focus on content writing projects! As a Content Writing intern, you will collaborate across various aspects of our global organization, gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful projects. This position may perform research, contribute to writing assignments, create content, gather data, and participate in other special projects.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Analyze current WPS team content on Intranet and SharePoint, recommending improvements to align with business goals.
- Organize content repositories, create and edit copy, proofread materials, and identify content gaps, submitting for approval when necessary.
- Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across all WPS content.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with preference given to upperclassmen.
- Majoring in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from May 19th, 2025, to August 8th, 2025.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in writing and content creation.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Note:

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
