Recruitment Marketing & Branding Intern (Remote)
Internship Program Details:
Duration: May 19th, 2025 - August 8th, 2025
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
About the Team
We're hiring a Recruitment Marketing & Branding Intern (100% remote) to join our Talent Brand team!
You will support our Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing activities (digital campaigns, employee advocacy, content creation and more) as well as our digital presence on sites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, the Muse, and Fairygodboss.
Employer Branding is essential to maintaining UKG's position as a great place to work. As part of this team, you will help market UKG's exceptional culture to prospective employees through employee advocacy, social channels, and partnership platforms.
Reporting to the Talent Brand Manager, the Recruitment Marketing & Branding Intern will help to promote UKG's culture and unique work environment and bring fresh ideas to the table.
About the Role
Example projects may include:
- Interacting with employees to gather content (employee day in the life info, testimonials, video, photos) for UKG to share externally
- Researching best practices for marketing campaigns for candidates, making suggestions, and using templates to create final graphics, videos, and assets
- Helping to brainstorm new ideas for attracting top talent
- Partnering with social media team on content development for interns and early career audiences (including Intern TikTok Challenge)
- Sourcing content for employees to share through our employee advocacy tool
- Writing and editing blog posts
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years of a bachelor's degree program, with an emphasis in marketing/ communications, English Literature, journalism, or related field
- Excellent storytelling abilities, with an interest in communicating information in an engaging and persuasive manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- An interest in communication, digital marketing, social media, video editing
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
