In this US&C Eater Operations Manager role on our Membership vertical, you will help shape the overall US&C Membership strategy and develop a membership lifecycle strategy. This role will help shape the Membership Business Development strategy and execute on signed deals to curate the membership experience alongside tech and Business Development teams. This role will partner closely with Marketplace Operations, Global Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, US General Managers, Territory (Local) Operations, Strategy & Planning, and Business Development.
What You'll Do:
- Build: Develop membership lifecycle strategies, with a focus on pricing and business development, and then execute these strategies end-to-end to maximize membership growth
- Project Manage: Proactively scope and lead multiple projects; take accountability for project outcomes, ensure delivery on project critical metrics, & keep others informed of progress
- Analyze: Dig into sophisticated data and aggregate insights to drive key business decisions and shape roadmaps with cross-functional partners
- Report: Define critical metrics for tracking Membership performance and develop dashboards to track performance; report findings to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with other Operations teams (Global Membership and Marketplace), Marketing, CRM/Performance Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Strategy & Planning to develop and execute membership efforts
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years' of professional work experience in a related field such as operations, marketing analytics, consulting, technology, strategy, or analytics
- SQL proficiency
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Experience problem-solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues
- Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and to consistently deliver against hard deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience
- Strong collaboration skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with territory and cross functional teams
- Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
