- Build and lead the Retail Sales Operations function from the ground up, including designing processes, systems, and team structure to support Uber's retail expansion.
- Develop and execute a regional sales operations strategy aligned with business goals.
- Own sales forecasting, quota setting, segmentation, and book-of-business design, driving operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making.
- Lead strategic planning and manage the rhythm of the business, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
- Scale sales processes by optimizing tools, reporting structures, and workflows.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to generate performance insights, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a growing team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, strategy & planning, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and align on objectives.
- Design and execute experiments to drive growth, boost efficiency, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience supporting a divisional Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or GTM Operations function supporting 100+ AMs or AEs.
- 7+ years of direct people management experience.
- Prior experience working across multiple functions such as variable compensation, sales forecasting, quota setting, market segmentation, business development, and GTM strategy.
- Proven ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies and engaging presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of delivering presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate+ proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a B2B environment.
- Experience in high-growth B2B companies, ideally within retail, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
- MBA or advanced degree in economics, math, business, or related field.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across functions.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Proven success in scaling operations, leading with data, and driving strategic initiatives in dynamic settings.
