The primary focus of this role is on the creation and development of Sales Operations process that is sustainable and meets the needs of the company today and in the future. Strategic out of the box thinking mindset is needed. This person will work cross functionally across the Sales Operations team in support of the Sales organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and understand the Sales guidelines for the new fiscal year.
- Assist and provide feedback as these guidelines are written to ensure they meet company guidelines and Sales Operation Processes.
- Establish a strong understanding of UKG selling and quoting practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various systems used by Sales Operations.
- Write, review and implement Sales Operations process related to sales transactions and system capabilities.
- Ability to lead projects and user acceptance testing.
- Become proficient in cross functional business process and how they affect the Sales Operations team.
- Serve as an escalation point for Sales Operations as needed.
- Responsible for any / all quoting requirements assigned to our Team. This would include
- Saves, Terminations/Cancellations, HW, Cases and any other quoting requirements.
- Understand and assist in quoting in each OU as necessary.
- Support month and quarter end activity by supporting escalations and system/process needs.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Salesforce and Advanced Excel Skills Required.
- Proficient in CPQ and ability to follow processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo and driven to make a difference in process and best practices related to sales transactions and system/process requirements.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with all levels in the organization.
- Become a trusted advisor.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Must be able to change and adapt as new processes are needed.
- Associates degree preferred: BS/BA a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
