About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager who can collaborate with the largest Grocery & Retail accounts on Uber Eats in Taiwan. This role calls for a combination of relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence and problem solving. Your Impact:
- Lead and optimize the overall TW commercial campaign strategy & planning
- Prospect into high-value accounts that are ideal targets for Grocery & Retail.
- Promoting Grocery and Retail value proposition - Clearly understand and communicate the value to customers and CPG partners.
- Building long-term relationships with Grocery and Retail customers & CPG partners- Develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships with key partners by crafting successful joint business plans.
- Continuously drive Grocery and Retail merchant-funded offer and campaign- Identify the potential growth space in merchant level, category level or supplier level via comprehensive analysis and deep dive to work with key stakeholders to deliver the extra incremental volume.
- Monitoring the campaign and analyzing data - Perform a broad range of quantitative, and qualitative analyses to continuously optimize the commercial campaigns effectively and capture additional value. Present and report key results to partners, internally and externally.
- Work closely with stakeholders with our internal teams in order to drive plans for your partners, solve their challenges and ensure that their feedback is used to improve our product and our operations.
The Experience You'll Bring:
- Comprehensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, account management in CPG company with a proven tracking record of driving sales growth.
- Strong experience with engaging large enterprises and C-suite executives.
- Strategic and Analytical Approach: Your strength lies in building compelling business plans, backed by strong analytical skills. Proficiency in analytic tools supports your ability to analyze data and present actionable insights. A clear understanding of business and P&L management underscores your commercial competence.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Working experience in e-commerce field is a plus
