About the Role
Uber is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its' Treasury Team based in Amsterdam. Reporting directly to the International Cash Manager, you will work within the Cash Management team covering activities across APAC/EMEA/LATAM with the opportunity to play a critical role in Uber's evolving treasury function. This includes supporting cash and funding operational and strategic activities for subsidiaries within our international markets, aligning with Uber's broader financial objectives.

- Provide data and analytical support across various treasury activities and projects as required
- Process cash management transactions, including those related to daily cash and liquidity management, banking operations, short-term cash forecasting and balance sheet management strategies for international market subsidiaries
- Ensure timely completion and adherence to all accounting, financial reporting, audit, and SOX requirements
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in FinTech, FinOps, Accounting, Tax, Compliance & Reporting, Intercompany, StratFin, Payments, Legal, Corporate Development and other relevant cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of operational and strategic cash management objectives across the Group
- Actively participate in driving improvements in processes and the implementation of emerging technologies within Uber Treasury
- Serve as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, offering expert guidance and solutions to enable growth and drive changes
- Support the delivery of various enterprise-wide projects
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 3-6 years of cash and liquidity management experience at a large corporate or multinational entity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Strong data analysis and data processing skills with hands-on experience using visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau as well as other financial and reporting systems
- Advanced Excel user
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Exceptional communication, influencing and organizational skills, strong project management acumen, and ability to multitask seamlessly
- CTP, CFA or MBA is a plus
- Prior experience working in an environment with multiple legal entities is beneficial. Public company experience in a large multi-national preferred
- Enthusiasm about Uber!
Preffered Qualification
- Strong exposure to payment service ecosystem (collections & disbursements)
