Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Compensation team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
About the role
The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and support to the compensation team to ensure our compensation programs run successfully. This role will act as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions regarding compensation at Oscar and as the compensation SME to the internal people team for Tier 1 support. The Senior Analyst will also conduct regular audits and maintain SOPs and documentation to ensure all programs are acting in accordance with applicable laws while supporting all SOX compliance and internal audits.
