About the Role
As the Sales Enablement Specialist with Uber for Business, you'll play a key role in empowering our customer-facing sales teams to succeed by equipping them with the skills, tools, and resources they need to thrive. You will launch, manage, and optimize a portfolio of critical enablement programs such as our new hire onboarding program, continuing education training programs, technology implementation efforts, and the development of resources for a growing team of U4B sellers.
You will be focused on supporting two of our fastest growing teams, Uber Health and Uber Transit, as they build innovative new products and partnerships around the world and will work closely with Uber Health and Transit Sales Leaders to identify gaps and define 'best-in-class' behaviors as well as with teams including Talent Acquisition, Sales Ops, Sales, HR, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities
- Understand business goals, critical initiatives, and team nuances, to influence the Enablement strategy for our Health and Transit teams.
- Define, build, deliver, and measure enablement initiatives to support team-specific needs or priorities, ensuring alignment with the global Enablement strategy
- Partner with our Global Enablement team to support Global Sales Enablement programs, including Onboarding, Change Management, Skill Development and Communications, regionalizing content and co-facilitating when needed.
- Facilitate team-specific onboarding sessions for new hires, creating and maintaining custom content as needed
- Support internal communications for sellers, delivering relevant, actionable information in a timely manner and reinforcing global announcements
- Support planning of sales events including offsites and Sales Kickoff (SKO)
- Prepare and present results and insights on enablement impact/performance
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years designing and delivering sales enablement programs
- Knowledge and experience in optimization of sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot).
- Experience developing custom resources such as training materials, onboarding guides, and playbooks.
- Experience creating content and presenting to senior business leaders
- Familiarity with onboarding programs, ongoing training, and resource development
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze program effectiveness and translate insights into measurable improvements.
- Expert level training and facilitation skills (in-person, virtual)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience working with a global team based in multiple time zones

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
