As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our sales teams' use of technology tools like Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. You will serve as the go-to expert for these platforms, ensuring our sales, BDR, and Account Management teams are fully equipped to leverage our tech stack to its fullest potential. This role involves training, ongoing support, process optimization, and data analysis to enable the sales teams to hit their targets effectively.

What you'll do:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, acting as the subject matter expert, including configuration, troubleshooting, and data integrity
- Maintain tech stack documentation, playbooks, and best practices
- Develop and deliver training sessions and support new hire onboarding for revenue teams on sales tool use and effectiveness and sales processes
- Create quick training guides and knowledge base articles
- Partner with Revenue Enablement and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve tool utilization and align on business priorities
- Identify gaps in current workflows, monitor user adoption, and collect feedback, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity
- Leverage sales tools to track KPIs, providing insights to sales leadership
- Assist in building dashboards and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring data accuracy and alignment across systems for consistent reporting
- Support sales initiatives such as pipeline management, territory planning, and sales forecasting
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team and Business Systems to address system-related issues and enhancements
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role within a SaaS or tech environment
- Hands-on experience using and managing tools such as Clari, Groove, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Great communication and presentation skills; experience in developing training materials
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

- The starting pay range for this role is $70,000+ per annum.
