What you will do
- Program manage the New Products and Features process to drive payments related product requirements to completion whilst ensuring post launch conditions are adequately tracked and communications are catered to various cross-functional stakeholders..
- Ensure timely approvals on product and/or feature launches are achieved with relevant documentation to the Executive Board of Uber Payments Taiwan.
- Operationalise and enhance various processes within Uber Payments Taiwan and Uber APAC to support the business in achieving objectives while ensuring overall compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Program manage the overall operationalisation of the GRC framework for Taiwan and emerging APAC markets and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations.
- Program manage third party vendor risk management, business continuity, operational resilience, fraud, service delivery and incident management processes with the 2nd Line (Compliance and Risk) for Uber Payments Taiwan and where required, APAC Payments.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years experience within banking, e-commerce and/or consulting in compliance and/or risk preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, identify solutions and strong analytical skills to model customer adoption and usage, assess financial and business impact on the strategic initiatives through a risk lens.
Preferred Qualifications
- Learning team oriented and collaborative, with exceptional consensus building and team management skills to continuously develop and grow direct reports.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively at multiple levels and across disciplines in APAC and beyond.
- Strong critical thinking, organisational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment whilst working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Based in Taiwan with flexibility to travel when required across APAC.
- Impeccable written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin with the ability to translate, articulate and present highly technical and complex procedural recommendations, regulations, laws and policies to a variety of audiences.
- Strong change management skills, adept at working in an environment of shifting priorities, constant technological changes and increasingly stringent regulatory requirements.
