Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Program Manager located in El Paso, TX.

Reporting to the General Manager the Program Manager ,will be the responsible for meeting and delivering all commercial aspects of the assigned account. With the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team, they will coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.

What a typical day looks like:
  • CFT meetings
  • Leader for Large NPI projects
  • Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities
  • Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability
  • Establish project schedule, financial parameters and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer
  • Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management and consultants
  • Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control
  • Maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables
  • Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies
  • Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s)
  • Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers, may interact with senior management, frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups
  • Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues
The experience we're looking to add to our team,
  • 5 years in a similar position
  • Solid experience in similar position
  • Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Experience leading CFT
  • Full Project Management (Transfers, NPIs, Proto, Production Ramp Up, etc...)
  • Operations / Budget Management
  • Project Design & Lifecycle Management
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership
  • Financial Management and Cost Control
  • Process & Technologies Developments
  • Experienced at SMT / PTH / BKD process
  • Strong financial Concepts P&L, Budgets, Fix costs & quotations (NPI & Mass Production)
  • Decisive leader with proven success in establishing business relationships and identify growth opportunities and implement strong business alliances
  • Leader, Coach and team builder
  • Lean Manufacturing Culture
  • Collaboration with other areas

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate
