Position Overview
The FedRAMP Technical Program Manager will help Autodesk deliver on its Public Sector vision by guiding collaborative, cross-organizational programs. This individual will report directly to the Director of Trust GRC and should be passionate about helping teams identify and achieve successful outcomes. The role requires someone who has demonstrated experience preparing for and delivering FedRAMP Moderate cloud offerings and is a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure our products and operations meet the highest standards of security and user trust. This role can be on-site, hybrid, or remote anywhere in the United States.

- FedRAMP Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize extensive FedRAMP expertise to help Autodesk maintain and grow its US Public Sector product offerings. Guide product and engineering teams in proactive planning for dependencies and proactively meeting new requirements
- Strategy and Roadmap Development: Help develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms in support of Autodesk's public sector product portfolio and business strategy. Ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Trust standards
- Prioritization and Planning: Engage with Trust, engineering, product, industry strategy and other program managers to prioritize public sector initiatives while balancing security needs with overall Autodesk strategy (prioritization and delivery)
- Delivery: Work with the Trust, Product, and Engineering leadership to establish clear delivery plans based on strategies. Create alignment on cross organization initiatives through outcome driven planning, dependency management and impediment removal
- Communications: Develop holistic communications plans and for delivering status communications and updates in scalable way that minimizes friction. Support the communication of program health, initiatives and achievements to Autodesk teams and divisional leadership
- Facilitation: Facilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making with the appropriate domain expertise and program owners
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of program improvement. Bring results to program leaders in an actionable manner
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a technical program manager capacity or similar role
- 5+ years of practical experience working with FedRAMP in the capacity of implementing controls and maintaining ATOs vs performing FedRAMP audits
- Strong understanding of one or more Trust (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI) principles
- Moderate understanding of other Public Sector compliance frameworks (e.g. DoD Cloud Computing SRG, ITAR, NIST 800-53 etc.) and audit activities
- Basic understanding of cloud hosting, infrastructure technologies, SaaS and cloud services (e.g. AWS, Microsoft)
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope
- Demonstrated experience communicating and reporting program health, driving initiatives and facilitating the delivery of on-time results
- Experience managing different company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, product managers and designers
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to security use cases
- Experience using tooling to scale programs and solutions (e.g. Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint, various GRC platforms, etc.)
- Experience in the software or technology industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile large-scale development environment
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, and threat detection/prevention technologies
- Basic knowledge of Federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFAR)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $152,800 and $247,170. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
