About the Role

This role is an awesome opportunity for applicants who enjoy flexing both their left & right brain to drive business growth. Focused on both finding new consumers, and giving our current consumers more reasons to use the Uber Eats app, more frequently, you'll get to design programs & campaigns to hit these growth goals, then roll up your sleeves alongside the team and bring them to life. While enjoying a balance between strategy and deployment, you'll be a crucial part of a small but mighty team in NZ, that will have a clear impact as we continue to expand our footprint, services & offering in the country.

Your impact in role:

  • Strategic creation & design: Get creative to develop new & compelling strategies (or leverage what's working across other parts of our global business) to hit our consumer growth goals in both new launch cities & existing towns.
  • Effective Deployment: Working alongside leading agencies, internal experts & other ops/marketing teams around ANZ, you'll have your hands on the tools, pressing the buttons to make a splash around our cities.
  • Measurement & Reporting: You'll be responsible for reporting on our growth initiatives to the wider business, able to hero the successful initiatives, and cascade the learnings from the underperforming ones.
  • Experience Champion: You'll champion the experience of what consumers see, feel & receive when they use the Uber Eats app in New Zealand, covering aspects such as design feedback, localization & product roll outs.

The experience you'll bring:

  • Consistent track record of bringing initiatives to life, while working across a set wide of stakeholders including design, legal, operations & external partners/agencies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data acumen. You've had experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data to help steer you to build effective campaigns, then objectively measure the success afterward.
  • Strong implementation skills. You've had experience using growth tools eg. CRM, Social, and know what best practice looks like.
  • Creative courage. You've pushed the boundaries of what traditional growth & marketing might look like. Not afraid to be a little edgy or try a campaign that might be a bit of a gamble, if it has high upside potential.

We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let's move the world forward, together.
