About the Role

As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Uber Health team is looking for a charismatic, experienced and hands-on leader to grow our partnerships to further the growth and expansion of Uber Health. The Alliance Partnership Manager is deeply interested in the long-term success of our clients and thrives in a fast-paced technology company. As the Partnership Alliance Manager, you will lead new and in-flight partnership efforts across health plans, health systems and related new verticals. You will play an integral role within a cross-functional business unit, executing against the vision and strategy for Uber Health. You will be the face of Uber externally to a portfolio of partners, and negotiate and help manage high priority partnerships that ultimately drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, prioritize and execute strategic partnerships across payers, health systems and new verticals
  • Perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform prioritization of potential strategic partnerships and maintain pipeline of strategic partner opportunities
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
  • Support partnerships from relationship building and due diligence, contract negotiations, all the way through post-contract sign integration and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations, product, legal and marketing to bring 'first of their kind' partnerships to life
  • Act as a partner advocate internally

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity or similar role in the healthcare space
  • Experience working with U.S. healthcare industry with a firm understanding of payers, providers, trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consultative enterprise selling experience within healthcare
  • 5+ years developing strategic account and stakeholder strategies across multiple decision makers within large healthcare enterprises
  • Comfortability navigating a highly matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated history of fostering and growing healthcare partnerships in high-growth environments
  • MPH, MBA MHA preferred

For Atlanta, GA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$126,000 per year - USD$140,000 per year.

For Boston, MA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year.

For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year.
