NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to advance our technical engagements with partners in the life sciences. You will drive ambitious, selective, highly strategic engagements across NVIDIA's life sciences partner ecosystem. We are interested in finding globally recognized leaders with a strong emphasis on how alliances can drive the development of NVIDIA's platform for digital biology. With our partners, you will work on some of the most exciting and innovative science and use your deep connections in the ecosystem to ensure NVIDIA is positioned to address the field's most challenging problems.

NVIDIA partners globally with leaders in academia, startups, and major pharma to advance the state-of-the-art in accelerated computing and life sciences. Our partnerships are vital to the advancement of our digital biology software platforms. Your deep domain expertise and proven excellence in leading complex alliances will be critical to your success. You will work especially closely with our technical field and business development team, developing strategies to ensure NVIDIA is engaged with partners most critical to the advancement of our platform and its impact in life sciences.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead technical partnerships and alliances across life sciences and biopharma globally.
  • Use your knowledge of NVIDIA's digital biology roadmap and technologies to build and implement strategies to deeply partner in areas of strategic relevance for NVIDIA's life sciences business.
  • Drive complex, multi-faceted, and multi-stakeholder collaborations.
  • Work closely with NVIDIA global business development and account teams to coordinate strategic accounts.
  • Resolve and distill feedback from partners into actionable strategies for product management and engineering, ensuring we are using the value of our relationships technically to drive early product roadmap prioritization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the sector by maximizing NVIDIA's technology solutions, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Lead internal and external project engagement with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Applied Research.
  • Speak at relevant scientific, technical, and industry conferences.
  • Support major go-to-market activities.

What We Need To See:

  • Masters, Ph.D., or equivalent experience in chemistry, biology, genomics, or related field.
  • 8 or more years of experience in biopharma, techbio, or academic research in the life sciences.
  • 4 or more years of experience in strategic leadership and partnerships in the life sciences.
  • Excellent understanding of the critical methodologies of computational drug discovery.
  • Outstanding communication track record, demonstrating your ability to communicate and explain complex topics to diverse audiences. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well across all functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executive) internally and externally.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Validated expertise in applying your experience biology collaboratively with machine learning, deep learning, and data science teams in the life sciences.
  • Background in software development and distributed computing. Hands-on experience in scientific computing and/or high-performance computing and software development. Bonus points for GPU and CUDA programming experience!
  • Driven to impact healthcare through the use of new technologies positively.
  • Motivated to build new markets by building productive, meaningful relationships across this ecosystem.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
