WEBSITE MANAGER

Supports TruGreen's website strategic direction and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts. Works closely with the Senior Manager of Website Strategy & CRO. Performs key deliverables in website management, user experience design, and digital marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

WEBSITE MANAGER

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the website's strategic plan to enhance user experience, improve site performance, and increase conversion rates.
  • Support the management of website content, ensuring it is up to date, relevant, and aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and technical teams, to execute website enhancements and projects.
  • Monitor website analytics and assist in preparing reports on website performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to CRO initiatives through research, testing, and analysis to drive improvements in user experience and conversion rates.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and partners related to website development and optimization projects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in website management, SEO, and digital marketing.

Education and Experience Requirements

WEBSITE MANAGER

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing or website management role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

WEBSITE MANAGER

  • Web Development Insight: Familiarity with CMS platforms, highlighting an eagerness to deepen technical understanding.
  • SEO and Analytics: knowledge of SEO and the ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and identify trends with a commitment to advancing these skills.
  • Project Management: Aptitude for organizing tasks and timelines efficiently in a dynamic setting, underlining the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Strategic Thinking: Interest in learning how digital strategies contribute to overall business goals, with a focus on applying insights for growth.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Creativity in addressing challenges, coupled with a proactive approach to seeking out and implementing solutions.
  • Technical and Digital Tools: Curiosity about new technologies and digital marketing trends, along with the motivation to continuously expand technical acumen.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to new challenges and resilience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

COMPETENCIES

WEBSITE MANAGER

  • Strong desire to learn and a passion for digital marketing and technology.
  • Basic understanding of website management, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay Ranges

$65,979.00 - $109,965.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
