The Growth Segment Marketing Program Manager role is a significant contributor to the US Demand Generation organization. The Growth Segment Marketing Manager is at the center of our bringing our marketing strategy to life for our customers, partners, and influencers. This role is responsible for the tactical development, implementation, measurement & insights of our segment and product campaigns. S/he will integrate marketing tactics to acquire and retain customers, propelling demand and helping to meet our commercial objectives. It is critical for this role to stay current in the latest marketing trends.
The expected outcomes for this role are to create brand awareness, drive demand generation and to accelerate our digital marketing abilities through paid, owned and earned media.

Key Activities:
- Campaign Creation, Planning, Management, and Activation: Collaborate with Growth Business Marketing leaders and all necessary teams to plan, create, and manage various demand generation campaigns for our segments and appropriate solutions. Including but not limited to the campaign calendar, program documentation, content management, paid & owned media activation, sales and marketing automation deployment, lead management and event management (digital & in-person).
- Oversight of Program of Work: Coordinate with internal and external agencies, managing resources like designers, media agencies, and others to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Brand Compliance & Communication: Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved.
- Performance Monitoring & Budget Management: Proactively manage & monitor the campaign overall performance, campaign budget, conduct A/B testing, and monitor campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and reporting on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations, while utilizing various marketing technologies for workflow and data management
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a technical or manufacturing company
- Minimum +5 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo), customer data platforms (Tealium) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com) a strong desire
- Strategic design of business process in a complex and matrix environments
- Experience with Healthcare, State & Local education, agencies, and/or healthcare segments a plus
- Ability to manage various stakeholders and build bridges at the global and local levels across product management, engineering, sales, etc.
- Excellent consulting and coaching skills
- Track record of partnerships with cross-functional teams, including work with agencies, operations, production, and global stakeholders
- Digital savvy (eMail, social media, search engine marketing and web)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, including the ability to be well-organized and detail oriented
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workfront and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus
- Personal qualities: self-driven, perseverant, reliable, direct, detail oriented, curious & creative
- Business proposals, market research and/or related presentation samples may be required as writing/planning examples.
