CO Salary Range: USD 81,000.00 - 122,000.00 per year

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $81,000 - $122,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric's Digital Grid Business (DG) is offering an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is motivated, dedicated, and organized to assume the global role of Marketing Program Manager. Digital Grid provides enterprise software solutions and services to help utilities manage the entire lifecycle of the grid and enable Grids of the Future. These mission-critical solutions enable grid operators worldwide to deliver safe and reliable power.

This role leads the end-to-end development of campaign content and digital marketing programs to accelerate the buyers' journey from discovery to retention. Works across multiple channels to deliver highly engaging digital marketing campaigns.

The program manager will work closely with product marketing and marketing strategy manager to define campaign requirements and digital channels, internal and external resources to manage creative development, and production and execution teams to ensure impactful deployment.

This exciting and challenging role requires the ability to handle multiple projects, with many details, a dedication to learning and applying new practices in digital marketing, analytical skills, and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Building collaborative digital campaign plans with global and local stakeholders for contact acquisition, lead generation, and thought leadership/awareness
  • Manage campaign execution, tracking and reporting
  • Create project briefs and campaign content with a customer-first mindset, taking into account multiple stakeholders
  • Create and edit design materials for digital campaigns utilizing Canva or similar software
  • Measure all content/campaigns and provide improvement insights to marketing manager and countries
  • Submission of associated campaign and content components needed to create/deploy digital campaigns
  • Provide web content updates, review navigation flows, and ensure country deployment of product pages and solution pages.
  • Use agile techniques to create management system for accountability of our projects (e.g. teams, cadence meetings, sprints)
  • Work with execution teams including countries and global function teammates to deploy content and drive engagement
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Specific Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects

Education, Experience and Training Required
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years in B2B software marketing, preferably in the energy sector
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools - preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with lightweight design applications - preferably Canva
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Excellent planning, time management, decision making, and organization skills resulting in consistent meeting of deadlines
