Responsibilities
The User Growth team is responsible for the growth of Tiktoks products. We help products tailor-made growth plans, and use various marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimises a series of product growth solutions such as paid advertising and natural additions, and applies them skillfully to various businesses to promote business growth; at the same time, when new growth opportunities are discovered, we also build New solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs.
Joining the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users, and master the industry's advanced and cutting-edge growth practices.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the user growth of overseas e-commerce in Southeast Asia/Europe/other regions, formulate and implement product growth strategies based on national characteristics;
2. With e-commerce GMV as the ultimate goal, be responsible for the key goals of the entire user life cycle including the number of new customers, repurchase rate, and customer unit price;
3. Combined with the business stage goals of each country, use the UG mid-stage technical capabilities to complete the support, and try to accumulate the innovative user growth capabilities of different countries, and finally achieve the business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Fluency in English;
- Have an international background and be interested in exploring the commonalities;
-Strong logic, the ability and awareness of continuous thinking, and the ability to continuously explore the essence of the problem;
-Data-driven, love to use data and formulas to measure and express, sensitive to data changes;
