Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

In this role, you will handle the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, developing and executing IP campaigns under TikTok Shop. You will also conduct data analysis on campaign performance and provide recommendations accordingly.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing IP campaigns (joint marketing campaigns for single brands), including but not limited to seller IP (such as Super Brand Day), user IP, and creator IP
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders including internal account managers, user research creator managers, and other cross-functional teams (such as marketing teams, public relations, graphic designers, product teams, R&D teams, etc.) to create and optimize activities
- Strong interest in designing creative collaboration proposals, leveraging KOL/influencers and engaging with internal and external parties
- Nurture continuous improvement and innovation to ensure program execution, creating implementation reports, and managing the company's budget effectively and efficiently
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance

Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in Internet/e-commerce companies, brands, or ads agencies
- English language proficiency required
- Excellent marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability
- Strong executive ability, communication skills, and deliver pressure-resistant and result-driven performance
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills across cross-functional teams
