About The team
The Fulfillment Center Operations Team at TikTokShop ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality operations across our fulfillment centers. Our core responsibilities include overseeing overall warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing operational costs and profitability. We prioritize quality and productivity through strategic business improvements and innovative processes. Our dedication to these goals ensures exceptional service and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure Smooth Outbound Processes:
- Oversee all outbound activities to ensure they run smoothly and meet KPI and productivity targets.
- Maintain stability, quality, and service while adhering to SOPs.
Problem Solving and Team Support:
- Collaborate with managers and management to resolve issues.
- Assist and support team members with their tasks and responsibilities.
Daily Monitoring:
- Communicating directives from management.
- Discuss work plans, pending tasks, and targets for the day with your team.
- Monitor staff activities and productivity using systems (G Sheet, WMS, and Metabase).
Activity Monitoring and Reporting:
- Check outbound processes (picking, packing, and dispatch) to ensure they comply with SOPs.
- Perform anomaly checks in picking and packing quantities.
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, and operational issues
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with managers, analyst teams, leaders, and other divisions on project execution and issue resolution.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Report and respond to emergencies such as fires, incidents, and security breaches.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in outbound processes and implement best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with fulfillment center operations and outbound processes.
- Work location in Osowilangun Warehouse, Surabaya

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in outbound systems and data analysis.
- Experience in training and development initiatives.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to lead and conduct briefings, walkthroughs, and performance dialogues.
