About the Team
Join the TikTok Shop MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team, dedicated to nurturing new and early-stage merchants. As a key contributor on the Incubation Strategy Ops side, your focus will be on the Merchant Growth Tactics.
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of designing effective programs, empowering our merchants to grow and scale to new heights. Your responsibilities extend to crafting a robust engagement plan, ensuring successful program completion whilst delivering a strong ROI.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for thousands of merchant growth from scratch in TikTok Shop, aiming to increase activeness, sales and retention.
- Figure out merchants' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, identify opportunities to increase the business for merchants through scalable solutions.
- Lead the team to manage the roll-out including but not limited to incentive policy, growth mission, merchant community, email campaign, webinar and other incubation activities.
- Work with the Product team and other cross-functions to optimize product listing, content production and user experience with robust product features and smooth experience in TikTok eCommerce.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above,4+ years experience in mass account management or mass incubation, experience of managing hundreds of merchants is required.
- Has experience in mass user or client management, familiar with key levels including but not limited to incentive policy, growth mission, community, email campaign, merchant education etc.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external client interaction is required.
- Has experience of managing teams. Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
Preferred qualification:
- Strong knowledge of the European eCommerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is a plus.
