Responsibilities
- Responsible to drive Tiktok logistics partner performance to ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis of local e-commerce logistics industry. Cooperate with local operation teams and work on end-to-end logistics solution design.
- Drive project deployment with Tiktok cross-functional team and logistics partners.
- Find opportunities for functional improvement by data analysis and logistic operation research. Continue to drive operation improvements and innovations that are best suited for the local market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate of any discipline from a reputable university
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of leadership and project management skills in past projects
- A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes, can work with ambiguity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the industry landscape in SEA is a plus
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
