The Home and Electronics Strategy team's goal is to build strategies to support Home and Electronics merchants' growth. This includes policy building, data analysis, merchant management and special projects. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients.
Job Description
- In charge of affiliate growth for Home and Living and Electronics categories
- Ideate and launch affiliate projects for Home and Living and 3C categories to support category growth in creators. This includes acquiring and incubating more vertical creators and partnering with more agencies through TikTokShop affiliate partner campaigns
- Owner of affiliate projects from start to end including monitoring of projects, recapping of projects and improving projects
- Analyze and strategize initiatives to accelerate matchmaking between creators and sellers
- Lead and conduct day to day data analysis to unveil insights to support operations growth
- Streamlining complex process through simplified SOPs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding, interest or exposure to TikTokShop and eCommerce
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task and work independently
- Experience, interest or exposure to influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- a 'can-do' attitude
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against stretching performance goals
Preferred Qualifcations
3+ years of working experience
- Experience working in a technology company or eCommerce creator agency, preferably in operations role
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experience
- Ability to self-motivate and prioritise work
- Experience or proven interest in working with eCommerce
