TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to make live streaming a part of the culture. We are a group of people who are highly motivated to grow and develop. We have a culture of open discussion from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives, and we offer an environment where you can grow as an individual as well as the business.
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japanでは、LIVE配信を文化として定着させることを目的として、クリエイターの成長支援や視聴者が楽しめるサービス作りを通して、より多くの方に楽しんでいただけるLIVEコミュニティの提供に取り組んでいます。成長意欲の高いメンバーが集まっていて、定性・定量的な観点からオープンに議論するカルチャーがあり、事業の成長とともに個人としても成長していける環境です。

Responsibilities / 業務内容
1. S/he will be in charge of partnership signing and alliance work at TikTok LIVE
2. Build relationships and form partnerships with affiliated companies
3. Work with affiliates to implement campaigns and events
4. Management of goals, KPIs, and data analysis
5. Negotiation and conclusion of contracts on copyright use

1. TikTok LIVEにおけるパートナーシップの締結、アライアンス業務を担当していただきます。
2. 関連会社と関係を構築しパートナーシップを締結する
3. 関連会社と協力してキャンペーンやイベントを実施する
4. 目標・KPIの管理およびデータ分析
5. 著作権利用に関する契約の交渉・締結

Qualifications

Qualifications / 応募条件
1. This role will be JP based
2. JP fluent / ENG proficient
3. Bachelor's degree or above
4. Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting, sales, OR/AND business development
5. Good understanding of LIVE streaming knowledge and interests
6. Able to commit to achieving KPIs
7. Have great communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders

3. 4年制大学卒業、またはそれ以上
4. コンサルティング、営業または事業開発において最低3年のご経験
5. ライブ配信に対する強い理解と興味をお持ちの方
6. 目標達成に対する強いコミットメントをお持ちの方
7. 内部・外部ステークホルダーと良い関係を築けるコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方

Welcome to have/歓迎条件
1. Working experience on LIVE streaming platforms OR/AND the entertainment industry
2. Experience dealing with rights business
3. Experience in building a team from zero bases and managed
