Team Introduction
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operation team aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
The Business Development and Marketing Manager would be responsible for the integrated brand building and external promotion strategies of live streaming and creator services, and promoting the implementation of online and offline linked live streaming businesses.
Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively build the brand image of TIKTOK LIVE in respective regions/countries, plan annual live streaming themes, and coordinate internal and external teams to continuously enhance external awareness.
2. Based on key creators' operations or live streaming content, design showcase promotion plans, leverage external resources and cooperation, and coordinate internal resources to promote the creation of showcases.
3. Actively exploring and coordinating external brand collaborations and cross-industry partnerships to empower live streaming content and events, enhancing content diversity and viewer engagement.
4. Full-process planning and follow-up for annual large and small offline events, offline celebrations, and online-offline brand collaboration activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with 3 years + relatable experience
2. Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming related industry;
3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment;
4. Proficiency in Chinese as this role would be responsible for the Chinese market.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience in the LIVE streaming industry/Media/Markting Promotion/Brand cross-industry cooperation
2. Experience in Platform product-related knowledge and cognition
