Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage Mexico's top brands to kick off business, focus on Home & Living, House Appliance, Auto & Moto, Electronics etc;
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign;
- Help partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own;
- Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans;
- Maintain service quality provided by partners - low cancelation and return rate, user reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience;
- Already have connections with Mexico brands and partners are preferred;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills in a global working environment.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
Preferred qualifications:
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills.
