The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Responsibilities:
- Lead agency acquisition efforts, identifying and onboarding high-potential commerce agencies to grow on the platform.
- Manage day-to-day agency operations, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure agencies meet performance and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to support agencies in scaling their businesses, optimizing performance, and improving key metrics such as content quality, engagement, and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to highlight agency achievements and provide the necessary resources for growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on agency performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.
- Plan and execute campaigns, both online and offline, aligned with local and global trends to drive agency success.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, agency management, or partnerships.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with media agencies and resources is required; having MCN (Multi-Channel Network) agency resources is a plus.
- Must be available for 70% of working hours in Mexico City.
