Responsibilities:
1. Develop long-term strategies, lead key initiatives, and set future directions for the health category;
2. Recruit business partners, identify innovative collaboration models suitable for partners' short-term and long-term development plans, and effectively and efficiently deploy platform resources;
3. Collaborate with partners to develop medium and long-term TikTok commerce strategies, including product selection, content, marketing, and new product introductions, to ensure long-term success;
4. Resolve key challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams;
5. Provide industry knowledge, and leverage your network to ensure success in the category.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in the health products industry and at least 1 years in commerce;
2. Knowledge of the Mexican health market ecosystem, regulatory policies, leading brands, and latest trends;
3. Results-oriented, with strong self-motivation and responsibility;
4. Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress;
5. Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategies;
2. Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure;
3. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
