Responsibilities
- Responsible and manage full spectrum end-end payroll operations, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and maintaining compliance to minimize audit risks;
- Responsible for statutory processing and submission to ensure compliance per requirements. Including Social Security Fund (SSF), Provident Fund (PF), and Personal Income Tax (PIT);
- Registers/deregisters of countries' statutory social benefits to the relevant authorities;
- Prepare and process Termination Final payments including all the final calculations for leavers, separation packages and all related submissions for regulatory filings as/when required and any other off-cycle payment runs;
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create necessary interfaces and ensure accurate data flow;
- Review tax reports and returns, address discrepancies and process necessary amendments;
- Proactive to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HROP Operations;
- Preparation of monthly/yearly payroll reports, etc.;
- Perform Adhoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources/ Business or equivalent;
- At least 5+ and above years of experience in payroll processing;
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices;
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) to communicate with vendor and government.

- Excellent attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Excellent mathematical and calculation skills;
- Good time management to complete tasks assigned;
