What you'll do:
- Calculation and the control of the employee salaries, overtimes, premiums and making payments
- Preparing salary data for annual HR budget and ensuring protection of all salary data while keeping data confidentiality
- Providing the necessary data about payroll, pension obligations and insurance programs to the finance team
- Execution of wage related Union Topics
- Conducting of salary related exit process, calculating the salaries and legal rights and having all legal documents signed of the exit employees
- Preparation and checking of Monthly Social Security Institution Condensed statements, making/controlling payroll calculations
- Preparation of Month-end and Year-End Payroll Reports
- Ensuring that all legislation is adapted to the company in accordance with the Labor Law, Social Security Institution, İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) legislation and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of economics, business or related areas
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
- Good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field (SSI, Labor Law etc.)
- Ideally experienced in a Manufacturing environment & unionized company
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel and good knowledge of relevant software (Uyumsoft, MEYER)
- Strong integrity and experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Good command of English
- Very good reporting skills
