The Regional Partnerships and Programs team is seeking an enthusiastic Partnerships and Programs Manager to help scale our activations in EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Operationalise Regional and Central Creator and Publisher programs, including project management, activation plans, in-app programming, cross-functional coordination, event planning and community engagement initiatives.
- Engage, and manage top regional publisher accounts by working closely with Central and Local Publisher teams.
- Support complex negotiations and meetings, providing expertise in monetisation and IP.
- Coordinate preparation for all business summary activities for accounts headquartered in the region.
- Act as a local center of excellence, analysing market fit for regional business development programs.
- Facilitate regional priorities and up-level partnerships with high-priority large market publishers.
- Aggregate and analyse feedback from local teams to optimise service delivery.
- Evaluate and prioritise the pipeline of programs, partnerships, and resources.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing partnerships and increasing engagement with top content publishers and other related business areas
- Deep understanding of regional needs and the ability to tailor programs accordingly
- Extensive experience in program management with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data and possesses an analytical mindset, with a focus on using data to drive business decisions and strategy adaptation
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals in close partnership with the Legal team
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in one or more European languages in addition to English (such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
