TikTok's SMB Marketing aims to enable small businesses' success by delivering scaled marketing solutions with measurable business impact. Our team is the first to meet, inspire and engage prospecting SMBs. We are at the start of the sales funnel and responsible for generating and nurturing new high value SMB prospects through strategic partnerships with external partners and activation of the leads through diverse marketing initiatives, lead nurturing programs, and collaboration with diverse internal/external stakeholders.
Through innovative campaigns, cross-platform initiatives, and a deep understanding of the APAC region's diverse markets, we design impactful strategies and campaigns that inspire small businesses to unlock the full potential of TikTok for their business objectives. Whether it's building product solution awareness, driving activation, or delivering measurable results, we craft compelling narratives tailored to resonate with audiences across APAC.

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Solutions Intern to join our APAC SMB Marketing team in Singapore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a fast-paced, global tech environment.
You will work primarily with the Marketing Solutions team, with the exposure to collaborating with our other marketing campaign managers in the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Korea. Specific initiatives you'll be working on that span across APAC region include creation, amplification and tracking of nurturing and enablement content such as case studies, monthly newsletters, website content, blogs etc, to deliver on the SMB growth objectives through full funnel marketing initiatives, with key priorities on new client acquisition through our always-on initiatives and tentpole/seasonality campaigns.
1. Efficiently juggle multiple timelines with internal parties such as designers, writers and developers to improve project workflow
2. Coordinate 3rd parties including agencies and freelancers
3. Manage content and digital advertising projects with agencies and in-house marketers, subject matter experts, product managers, writers and designers
4. Understand data from analytics platforms to distinguish the effectiveness of our marketing projects and campaigns
5. Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our marketing campaigns
6. Support financial management, including processing quotations and invoicing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
2. Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
3. A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in digital marketing.
4. Reliable and accountable, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
5. Good understanding of TikTok, with an understanding of TikTok for Business advertising solutions as a plus
6. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in crafting engaging and effective marketing content.
2. Experience with design tools such as Canva to create visual marketing assets.
3. Being fluent in another APAC market language (such as Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesian, Bahasa Melayu, Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese) would be ideal for collaborating with other stakeholders.
