Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join in and support our critical work through traffic-generating digital marketing, compelling content, and a passion for storytelling.

This internship will allow you to work on some of our most important marketing initiatives while growing your knowledge and experience. If you have strong organizational skills, the ability to tackle problems creatively, and a strong passion for meaningful collaboration, we want to meet you! 

Essential Functions:

Marketing Communications:

  • Evaluate and route Marketing Request Forms to the Manager, Marketing Communications.
  • Creation of creative briefs.
  • Work with the Director, Marketing Communications on media placement opportunities and logistics.
  • Manage internal communication for Business Development orders (business cards, print materials).
  • Assist in the processing of RFPs.
  • Organization and maintenance of SharePoint folders.
  • Upload videos to Vidyard.
  • Compile HubSpot lead source data.
  • Update or create content for q-centrix.com (WordPress).
  • Monitor Google Analytics, reporting trends to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Data Management, Cleanliness & Analysis:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing sales, marketing, and customer success data.
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and removing duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track revenue performance.

Data Collection & Quality Control:

  • Support the implementation of standardized data collection processes.
  • Validate incoming data from various sources to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.

Required Abilities, Education, and Skills:

  • Current college student or recent graduate, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong editing and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat). WordPress and/or Google Analytics experience is a plus.

Preferred Abilities, Education, and Skills:

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.

An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations.
