Team Introduction
The Creator Product Adoption team is responsible for best-in-class global, scalable approaches and programs to drive our core product adoption goals with our Creators and promoting those programs and initiatives to the relevant Creator communities through a variety of levers. This team will execute these programs in Korea, working in strong collaboration with Regional & Central Operations teams, Content Strategy teams and Product teams to drive product adoption priorities and deliver measurable business impact.
This role will be based in Seoul.
Responsibilities
- Develop, support and execute scaled product programs (manage end to end) focussed on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from creators on the platform
- Work with product team to identify potential program/project opportunities and outlines based on product roadmaps and data driven needs
- Work with local/regional ops teams to rollout scaled product adoption frameworks and programs locally
- Align on standardized, clear measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with Creator and Product PGC team. Track program progress to program goals, incorporate improvement tweaks in real-time to optimize program success metrics
- Evaluate successful program components and execution as well as areas for improvement to provide feedback back to key cross-functional stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to operationalize product programs (e.g. GUO / Product Ops, PMM, Product, Comms, USDS, legal, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with tech products - understanding the product funnels and life-cycle journey, product tools across different platforms
- 5+ years experience working in product management/development, and/or program management, and/or product owner
- Comfortable working with data to identify actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills, multi-tasking, time/work management skills, and problem-solving skill
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate fluently in Korean and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a strong understanding of apps platform ecosystem and proven experience in working with renowned tech companies
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and resilience
- Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross-culturally
