Team Introduction
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
In this role, you will partner with our leading clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.
We seek highly-driven, empathetic, individuals who are looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success.
Responsibilities
- Grow the market of Japan in terms of core measurement service
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Identify measurement research opportunities and learning agendas for Key Accounts
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams.
- Partner with local leadership to provide ongoing Measurement POV's to our global product and measurement peers
- Partner with product and partnerships teams to help prioritize the right partnerships for the region
- Implement 1st or 3rd party measurement solutions for Key Accounts with a learning agenda
- Partner with sales and product strategy to up-level internal sales teams on measurement knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers where most recent responsibilities have included brand or performance client ROI
- Working knowledge of measurement solutions for global accounts is preferred (e.g. Reach, Resonance, Reaction)
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
- Business Level Proficiency in English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Successful examples where past measurement contributions led to behavior change
