About the team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding large-scale partners on TikTok Commerce platform in Brazil, actively identifying and engaging high-potential businesses;
2. Develop and execute business incubation strategies, offering partner education and training to improve operational and sales performance on the platform;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Tech) to facilitate platform feature updates and process improvements, enhancing partner satisfaction;
4. Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring a stable and sustainable supply of partners for the platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline;
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Brazilian commerce or Marketplace operations, with a solid understanding of partner acquisition, onboarding, and incubation;
3. Proven ability in partner education and training, helping partners quickly adapt and grow their online business;
4. Proficiency in Portuguese and English for effective communication in a multilingual environment;
5. Strong familiarity with the Brazilian commerce market, including consumer behaviors and local culture;
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience with TikTok, other social media platforms, or commerce;
2. Experience with advertising campaigns or paid media;
3. Experience in managing large-scale commerce teams or projects;
4. Possessing local networks and resources within the Brazilian commerce community.
