Sr Business Systems Analyst, FSB_Kaspick
The Senior Business Systems Analyst analyzes business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working under minimal supervision, this job designs system solutions that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job also recommends improvements to the existing IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirement gathering, and defines scope and objectives of each project.


• Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Required:

• 3 or more years professional business experience

• Must have demonstrable experience with business requirements and systems testing

• Must have experience working with Technology delivery teams and providing end user support

• Proficient in analyzing and defining solutions to problems

Preferred:

• 2 or more years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform

• Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com low-code workflow tools

• 3 or more years of business analysis and experience with writing business requirements

• Familiarity with financial concepts

• Team-oriented interpersonal skills

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
