Coordinates vendor and project workflow for Property Management department Building Controls initiatives. Provides technical expertise, support and troubleshooting for escalated energy management and building controls issues in TJX U.S stores. Partners with various departments in the organization toward continuous improvement of building controls schema in evolving stores, both existing and new.

- Responsible for ongoing workflow and processes to support daily operations of building controls repair vendors.
- Troubleshoots escalated controls equipment failures.
- Instructs technicians on correct diagnostic procedures and part replacement.
- Determines appropriate response and initiates corrective actions through EMS programming and/or coordinating service with controls vendors, HVAC vendors, IT Vendors, Systems Help Desk, Construction Department associates, and Store Management.
- Reviews and approves proposals for accuracy.
- Operates with appropriate sense of urgency.
- Provides occasional after-hours support for emergencies or high priority situations.
- Regularly communicates with store operations and field management regarding comfort or timing problems.
- Uses CMMS for monitoring ongoing issues, updating, and closing out work orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Trade school, bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years similar experience. Demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of communication wiring
- Basic knowledge of energy management control technologies
- Basic technical knowledge of HVAC
- Ability to work with technicians remotely to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Prior experience leading others in a dynamic, fast paced environment a plus
- Ability to work with ambiguity, removing obstacles and maintaining focus in complicated situations to deliver results for self and team
- Proven track record prioritizing tasks and delivering results while handling multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment
- Self-starter.
- Ability to work individually or collaboratively as a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability.

This position has a starting salary range of $66,500 to $83,100 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
