We are looking for an AVP of Loss Prevention Shared Services to join our diverse team at TJX Canada. In this pivotal role, you will lead and craft the LP Shared Services function, driving efficiency and effectiveness in Training, Programs, Communications, Investigations, Compliance, Technology, and Analytics. What You'll Do:
- Establish vision and strategy for LP Shared Services (1-2 years).
- Develop centralized investigations' strategy and lead LP's operating budget and expenses.
- Partner with AVP LP Operations to drive Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Collaborate with key partners for LP program development and lead change programs to drive innovation.
- Coordinate payroll budget, store capital projects, and operating expenses.
- Build positive relationships with senior leaders within LP and TJX Canada.
- Develop talent strategy, assess team performance, and provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to the LP team.
About You:
- Master's Degree (MBA) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of Loss Prevention/asset protection experience.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the retail environment and ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior leaders.
- Excellent people leadership skills, including coaching, providing advice and mentorship, and evaluating performance.

Salary Range: $135,821.00-$205,671.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
