Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Supervisor, Account Manager to lead our team in promoting Bioscience products to academic institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the account management team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote life science products to academic institutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Support team members in overcoming sales challenges and achieving their individual targets.

7. Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience, and supervisory or team leadership role is plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
4. In-depth knowledge of the life sciences market and familiarity with academic institutions.
5. Strong goal orientation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Proficiency in using office software and business management systems, such as SFDC.
