ADP is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager, Global Named Accounts, Growth Markets EMEA to join our team and drive sales growth across multiple countries within the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding ADP's footprint, leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and closing new business deals for the largest companies in ADP's Growth Markets area (80+ countries) in EMEA.

The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's Global Enterprise services and products, including payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A). The role involves selling to the largest multinational companies seeking streamlined payroll and time management solutions. Sales cycles typically range from 12-24 months, with customer negotiations often involving up to 5-6 stakeholders, including CHROs, CFOs, and CEOs, depending on the organization.

As ADP's Multi-Country Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in representing our multinational services and products to your international prospects/clients and creating new business opportunities. Your entrepreneurial spirit, go-getter attitude, and innovative thinking will help you transform challenges into solutions and ideas into results.

Required Experience

  • 6-10 years of sales experience within the HCM, payroll industry, SaaS, preferably within the environment of Large/Global Accounts
  • Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect into C-Suite and continually achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes
  • Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications
  • Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset
  • Demonstrated success in a team selling environment
  • Skilled in effective use of CRM
  • Excellent work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills

Appreciated Experience

  • Extensive demonstrable experience in solution sales in a variety of different roles
  • Preferably experienced within a Financial/Consultative sales background
  • Preferably experienced with large global enterprises

Your Tasks

  • Drive Our Business Forward: Work within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Arrange client onsite meetings, facilitate webinars, and manage all sales activities from due diligence to close and implementation handover. Maintain Salesforce.com with all new account, opportunity, contact, and forecast information, and adhere to the current defined sales processes. Utilize data provided by various sources relevant to the defined target market, e.g., marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, 3rd party referrals. Provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual metrics, market performance, and measures for improvement.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: Close sales by recommending the right solutions to help our clients understand the real needs of their business. Build a network of internal partners.
