Segrate/LSG Italy Customer Care

A day in the Life:

  • Supplies to customer happiness and attends to their demands. Directly impacts customer happiness by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations in all interactions with the customer service team. Gives to the company's attainment of the Sales and Service plan and forecast by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, contracts, tenders, service calls, etc.
  • Produce quotations in line with company policy/guidelines. Collaborates with instruments and consumables order entry team providing any relevant information or input.
  • Tenders - ensures collation of information from all relevant parties, provides timely response to Public and Private tenders invitations. Coordinates with internal departments (Sales and Support) to provide relevant information and input. Acts according to Company policies and procedures. Brings up T&C issues to finance/legal when required.
  • Customer complaints - acts as contact point for customers and ensures timely resolution and customer happiness outcome through interaction with internal collaborators (Complaint Team). Liaises with internal departments to resolve issues or feedback relevant information to ensure process improvements.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience is required.
  • Education to GCSE standard (European equivalent), including English language. Computer literate - MS Office, Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Possess excellent administration, interpersonal demeanor and the ability to plan and time prioritize multiple tasks. Partnership and accuracy are critical.

Experience

  • Some past experience in a customer contact/order admin role, preferably in a fast-changing sales environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Communicates with Managers and Team Leader daily, Sales and other functions as required.
  • Communicates externally both verbally and in writing, at all levels, with the Division's customers.
