Job Description
Order Management for CCG product
1. Take ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order placement, issue invoices, shipping document preparation...all takes related to order management.
2. Take care of the ordering process for supplier portfolio and deliver quality work
3.Review all open orders and backorders; contact Suppliers to ensure timely shipments; resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure timely solutions.
4. Payment preparation weekly and cost analysis by monthly
5. Maintain good record of documentation for audit purposes.
6. Maintain customer information in SAP

7 Front office to sourcing, bidding & vendors evaluation, and management to get the cost-saving target.
8. Dashboard and scorecard preparation monthly.
9. Work proactively in the "One Team" framework ensuring that cover and support is provided whenever vital.
10. Assistance with Import / Export person the customs declaration process for ordering foreign products' confirmation of declaration, etc. (Fisher or 3rd party products)
11. SAP experience preferred.
