Role
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships for the company through exceptional telephone and email communication skills.
- Excellent social skills, both written and verbal, including digital literacy, exceptional detail orientation, strong follow-up, and ability to address problems.
- Job duties associated with the position also include timely and effective processing of purchase orders.
- Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments and follow established quality standards to meet order processing standards.
- The job will involve both recurring tasks and moderately complex assignments that require problem-solving and making recommendations.

Preferred education & experience:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years Customer Service and Enterprise Resource Planning experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Administration or a scientific field strongly encouraged.
- Experience in Order Entry and Customer Service is crucial and ideally within the manufacturing or distribution industries.
Key skills & abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills combined with exceptional computer skills/literacy, including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
- A powerful desire to succeed, able to complete multiple tasks while working calmly and accurately. Self-motivated with little direct supervision, but also able to work as a team.
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills reflecting a positive, professional and customer-centric organization.
- Carry out instructions and policies regarding to achieve predefined objectives. Willingness to perform any other duties that may be required within the remit of the role.
- To understand and accept personal responsibilities for Health & Safety on site in compliance with local legislation and the Company's Health & Safety Management.
- Timely responsiveness, time management and the ability to prioritize are critical qualities needed for this position.
